MEET THE OWNER
Robert Swieconek is the owner and operator of Superheat and Subcooling HVAC, bringing over two decades of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry. He began his career in 2003 as a member of Local 9 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union, where he developed a strong technical foundation and commitment to quality workmanship.
Over the course of 18 years, Rob advanced from HVAC technician to superintendent at a large mechanical company, gaining extensive experience managing projects and leading teams. His expertise spans a wide range of systems, from residential HVAC units to large-scale commercial equipment.
Rob holds a New Jersey Master HVACR License, reflecting his advanced knowledge and professional credentials. In 2020, he founded Superheat and Subcooling HVAC with a clear vision: to provide honest, reliable, and high-quality service backed by real industry experience. He is committed to building a lasting family legacy, with plans to pass the business down to the next generation.
